We offer delivery services for both domestic and international orders. All orders are subject to availability, and delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.

1.1 Domestic Delivery (Czech Republic)

  • Delivery Cost: 250 CZK

  • Free Delivery: For orders exceeding 6500 CZK

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days, depending on your location within the Czech Republic

  • Courier: We use trusted third-party couriers for delivery.

1.2 International Delivery (Europe & Ukraine)

  • Delivery Cost: 30 EUR

  • Free Delivery: For orders exceeding 1000 EUR

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-14 business days, depending on the destination country

  • Courier: International shipments are handled by reliable courier services.

1.3 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery.

1.4 Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, holidays, customs delays, etc.) may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or external factors.

1.5 Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only to the Czech Republic, European countries, and Ukraine. We do not ship to other countries at this time. Shipping to countries outside of these areas may be made available in the future.

2. Return & Refund Policy

At DZWIEKOWY DOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product in accordance with our return and refund terms.

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories.

  • Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and sealed items (if opened) are not eligible for return.

2.2 How to Return

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of items.

2.4 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

2.5 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

2.6 Damaged or Faulty Items

If the product you received is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

2.7 Late or Missing Refunds

3.1 Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Delivery & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use our website after the policy is updated, you agree to the new terms.

3.2 Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brno, Czech Republic.
