1. Domestic Shipping (Czech Republic)

We offer shipping within the Czech Republic for all orders placed on our website.

  • Shipping Cost: 250 CZK

  • Free Shipping: Orders over 6500 CZK qualify for free shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard courier services. Delivery time typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within the Czech Republic.

2. International Shipping (Europe & Ukraine)

We also offer shipping to European countries and Ukraine.

  • Shipping Cost: 30 EUR

  • Free Shipping: Orders over 1000 EUR qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. Typical shipping time ranges from 5-14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance and additional fees that are not covered by our shipping policy.

3. Order Processing Time

After placing your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package. You can track your order through the courier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship all orders promptly, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or customs processing. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you of any significant delays.

6. International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. 7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary corrections.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

9. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only to the Czech Republic, European countries, and Ukraine. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.

10. Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent.
